Anxiety and Depression – Part I

Have you felt anxious before? This should be a quick answer of “YES”! But have you wondered or even worried about you have got overly anxious sometimes that you feel like you might have got certain types of anxiety disorders? And are anxious people more prone to depression? Anxiety have all the reasons to haunt us sometimes, but we can deal with that by taking the first step – know what it truly is.
