How to Be Self-Compassionate and Build Inner Strength
No one is you and that is your power.
You might have gone through numerous comparison games inside your mind and have felt that great pressure on your shoulder – Why is everyone better than me? – Why am I the one who’s left behind? – Why sufferings come to me every time?
All these “why” questions start creeping in when once again encounter failures in life. You might have started to doubt your abilities, your potentials and your worth.
Others could believe that self-confidence or self-esteem is the key to everything (success, contentment, achievement). In fact, nothing could “fix” you unless you truly accept and love yourself as you are. The inner strength comes from the love and compassion to yourself.
